We are so excited to be working with the above organizations to bring you a unique weekend of focusing on YOU and your well-being. Unlike most blogging conferences, we aren’t focusing on your blog as much as keeping you healthy and relaxed so you can be productive and move forward with your goals. This weekend will renew your mind, body and spirit.
Day 1 – Friday, October 19, 2012
- #SPALLBlog Kick-off and Wine & Cheese Reception hosted by Chaminade Resort & Spa
- A kick-off interactive wellness and personal-growth workshop.
Day 2 – Saturday, October 20, 2012 :
- Buffet Breakfast hosted by Chaminade Resort & Spa
- Morning Yoga Session hosted by Chaminade Resort & Spa
- Lunch Showcase, with an interactive two-three course menu focusing on healthy and local fare, complete with mixology drink station led by the Chaminade Resort & Spa Chef
- Three interactive wellness and personal-growth workshops.
Day 3 – Sunday, October 21, 2012:
- Buffet Breakfast hosted by Chaminade Resort & Spa
