  1. As little as I’ve been blogging lately, this came out JUST when I had finished a new blog post. So, that was a happy moment, in and of itself. Getting an editor that I pitched to say, “Send me the full manuscript” was a high (getting the rejection was a low, though she had good things to say about it); finalling in a contest was a high.

Meeting my SCLB at Olive’s was a good moment – especially poignant now in retrospect.

  2. I will be posting two articles relating to New Years and resolutions tomorrow and Thursday. For me this has been a year of decision and discovery. There have been bumps in the road and many wonderful surprises. I have meet many wonderful people in this world of blogging that have enriched my life is so many way. For that I am grateful. So I wish all the very best the New Year has to offer and all the success that can go worth it.

  3. To regain my old financial life via Two Funny Brains by the end of 2013. To be the “go to” company for videos aimed towards funny, smart, educated women. To get enough sponsorship money so that Two Funny Brains can produce the BlogTHAT web series on it’s own and have it air on Hulu.

Best moments of 2012? I’d have to say Creative Alliance ’12, when I found out what it was I needed to do to change my life. The making of the BlogTHAT pilot and having met and worked with Ana Sanjuan, my business coach.

And as always and I mean this from the bottom of my heart, all of you, for which none of the above would have been remotely possible. It takes a village people and you are my village. Lots of love and an amazing year to you all! xo

  4. 2013 will be the year of 13′s. Unlucky for some but lucky for me. Can’t wait to get to know you all better and I thank you for the support you’ve given to me since I discovered SCLB in October right before BBC Vegas.

After the big move from Brooklyn to Southern CA, I look forward to settling in a bit and establishing myself the newest iteration of me.

  5. I’d have to say one of the biggest highlights of my year was creating a blog with the help of some friends, Jamie and Mary! Without that, I would not have met all of you lovely ladies and gotten to go on this wild ride and been given any of the amazing opportunities I have been given already in just a few short months of blogging. I look forward to what 2013 will bring and hope my blog and friendships here will continue to grow and blossom into something even bigger!
